2. What Data We Collect

When you submit a membership application through our website, we collect:

• Your full name and email address
• Your location (city or town)
• Your social media handle or profile link (optional)
• Your artist type and intended use of the studio
• Your project description and application message

We also collect anonymised usage analytics via Vercel Analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify you individually.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data solely to:

• Review and respond to your membership application
• Communicate with you regarding your application status
• Administer your membership if accepted

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), which you provide when submitting your application, and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for the purposes of managing membership enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

Application data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from submission. If your application is successful, member data is retained for the duration of your membership and up to 24 months after it ends. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregated data about site visits (page views, referrers, device types). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Google Maps

Our website embeds a Google Maps iframe to display our general location. When you view this embed, Google may set cookies and collect data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We have no control over Google's data processing.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
